The VVG project was recently presented at the 40th International Association of Hydrogeologists Congress held in Perth from 15th to 20th September 2013.  The conference theme of Solving the Groundwater Challenges of the 21st Century was particularly apt for the the VVG.  Two papers were presented in the a session on Advances in Tools and Techniques - Remote Sensing, GIS and Data Systems.

• Macleod A., Dahlhaus P., Thompson H., James A. & Cox M. 2013.  Web-based visualisation of 3d groundwater models.
• Dahlhaus P., Macleod A. & Thompson H. 2013.  Addressing the limitations of federated groundwater bore data.

Other papers in the same session were presented by Boyan Brodaric (Natural Resources Canada), Ms Eloise Nation (Bureau of Meteorology, Australia) and Mr Alex Kmoch (Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand).
